Name That Noise Terms and Conditions

No purchase is necessary to enter or win the ‘Name That Noise’ sweepstakes. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. All federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.

Eligibility

The ‘Name That Noise’ sweepstakes (the Sweepstakes) is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of AER and other companies associated with the promotion of the Sweepstakes, including advertising and promotion agencies, as well as the immediate family and household members of each such employee are not eligible.

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by AER, located at 650 Columbia St, Brea, CA 92821.

Agreement to Official Rules

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes operates in monthly cycles beginning on October 1, 2017, and ending on December 31, 2018* (the Sweepstakes Period). Entries that are submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the Sweepstakes using the Sweepstakes webpage.

*End date subject to change upon discretion of Sponsor.

How to Enter

Enter via Sweepstakes website. Answer 5 multiple choice questions to enter. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, per month for the duration of the Sweepstakes. Entry is free. No purchase necessary. Must score at least 40 points in the game to be entered into the Sweepstakes. The same winner may not be awarded more than once.

How Winner Will be Determined

Each month of the Sweepstakes Period, two winners will be chosen at random, using a random https://smokeypointskin.com/ambien-online/ number generator. The odds of winning vary and are dependent on how many other participants enter, and how well they score. Scoring 40 points or higher does not guarantee a prize. It simply enters the Participant into the monthly drawing.

Prize

The Sweepstakes prize is a pizza lunch for the entrant’s department, limit eight (8) people, average retail value (ARV) $150. Entrant must score at least 40 points on the Sweepstakes webpage by answering five multiple choice questions. Scoring rules are available at the Sweepstakes webpage, info.aertech.com/name-that-noise. Limit one prize per dealership.

Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by email, phone call, or an in-person visit, depending on the winner’s location and availability. The winner will have 3 business days to redeem his/her prize. After 3 business days, if the winner has not redeemed the prize, he/she is no longer eligible to receive that prize for that drawing, and another winner will be chosen.

Winner List

By entering the Sweepstakes, participants consent to their first name, company name and company city being shared in marketing materials that announce Sweepstakes winners.

Limitation of Liability

By entering the Sweepstakes, participants acknowledge and consent to the fact that AER is not liable for any damages or loss to person, business, or otherwise, arising out of or related to entering this Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, personal sickness/illness, lost profits, lost business revenue, lost wages, or other commercial or economic loss of any kind, even if the entrant has been advised of the possibility of these losses or damages, and regardless of the form of action, whether in contract or in tort (including negligence).
